The result is an engaged and motivated staff who draw on a variety of professional experiences and work as a team to anticipate and meet the needs of Cherrywood patients and residents.

Scott Avery brings a unique perspective and focus to his role as Cherrywood’s Administrator. The results of this focus are clear in the compassionate, caring attitude of his team. Drawing on more than 14 years of experience in the field of long-term care, Mr. Avery has worked as an Admissions Director, Marketing Director and Administrator. It’s a well-rounded background that lets him understand the diverse needs and viewpoints of patients, residents and staff members.
With more than seven years as an Administrator in long-term care, Mr. Avery’s dedication and leadership are always on display at Cherrywood. He challenges his team to create an environment where residents and patients can feel at home and an engaged staff treats everyone with respect and dignity. Since taking the helm of Cherrywood in 2008, Mr. Avery has presided over a perfect annual survey and continues to focus his daily efforts on making Cherrywood a model facility of consistent quality care and customer service.
